Seriously — no commissions at all?
None. Not on bookings from your website, not on walk-ins, not on anything. Your subscription is the whole price. A busy July costs you exactly the same as a quiet November, and every booking dollar is yours.
What happens in my off-season?
Your price stays flat and so does your access — the off-season is when you'll want the reports, the seasonal renewals, and the time to set next year's rates. Many parks also use the quiet months to switch systems; the importer is built for exactly that.
Do I have to use your card processing?
No, and this matters to us: payments are opt-in, never bundled. Use our transparent pass-through processing, keep your own merchant account, or take no online payments at all — your subscription price is the same either way.
What if my park is right at a plan boundary?
Plans are sized by bookable sites: Trailhead up to 25, Park up to 100, Resort above that. If you're at 27 sites and unsure, get in touch — we'd rather size you honestly than nickel-and-dime you.
What do the AI limits mean in practice?
Trailhead includes 300 AI Front Desk messages a month — plenty for a small park's guest email. Park includes 1,500 actions, covering messages plus things like quotes and bookings the AI performs. You'll see a usage meter, get warnings near the cap, and nothing goes over without your approval.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Month to month, no setup fee. The Campground Master importer is included on every plan — switching in shouldn't cost extra, and neither should leaving. Your data exports any time.
